SM Audit Manager - Your responsibilities:

• Lead and manage audit engagements for a diverse client portfolio, focusing on alternative funds, real estate, and financial clients.
• Inspire and mentor your audit team, cultivating a culture of growth, collaboration, and performance excellence.
• Design and execute tailored audit plans, identifying risks and implementing strategies for operational improvement.
• Serve as a key liaison with clients, ensuring exceptional service and fostering long-term relationships.
• Stay updated on industry standards, regulations, and best practices, driving compliance and innovative solutions.
• Play an active role in refining methodologies and tools, enhancing audit efficiency and quality.
• Contribute to business development by nurturing client connections and exploring growth opportunities.

SM Audit Manager - Your profile:

• Master's degree in accounting, finance, or related field. CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
• At least 8 years of progressive experience in external audit, particularly with alternative funds, real estate, or financial services.
• Proven experience in leadership roles within the audit domain.
• Deep knowledge of auditing standards, financial reporting, and internal controls.
• Fluency in English, any other language is an advantage.
• Proficiency with audit software, data analysis tools, and MS Office.
• IRE certification is a huge plus for directive perspectives.
