Corporate Manager : The Function
- Oversee and coordinate the corporate team's activities to ensure efficient handling of client portfolios (Soparfi/holding/SPVs)
- Review legal and administrative documents prepared by the team (e.g., minutes, general meetings, resolutions, annual reports).
- Ensure that managed structures comply with local regulations (CSSF, AML/KYC, corporate law).
- Manage statutory obligations for client companies (beneficial ownership register, filing of annual accounts, etc.).
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of corporate officers, ensuring high performance and motivation.
- Provide regular feedback and training to enhance the team's technical and soft skills.
Corporate Manager : Your Profile
- You are fluent in English and French (written and spoken)
- The tasks of a Corporate Manager in Luxembourg no longer hold any secrets for you and have at least 7 years' experience in a similar role
- You have significant competences in regulations and processes related to corporate entities
- You have a bachelor's degree or a master's degree in Business Administration or in Law
- You are capable to work in a fast-paced environment and have good communication skills.
- You are autonomous and able to lead and manage a service.
