We are currently seeking a Legal Corporate Officer for one of our clients, a growing Professional of the Financial Sector (PSF) located in the heart of Luxembourg City.

Our client is a well-established boutique PSF with around 10 employees, specializing in the management and administration of funds and financial companies. They work with international investors, ensuring top-notch service and compliance.

Legal Corporate Officer - Your Role :

The successful candidate will join a supportive and experienced team, handling a variety of tasks:

• Drafting and reviewing legal documents for the management of funds and financial companies.
• Ensuring compliance with legal and administrative obligations, particularly for international clients.
• Participating in multi-jurisdictional transactions, liaising with various stakeholders.
• Managing a dedicated client portfolio, developing strong client relationships, and taking ownership of tasks.

Legal Corporate Officer - Your Profile:

We are looking for a professional with the following attributes:

• Experience: At least 5 years in a similar position, ideally within a Magic Circle firm or another well-regarded consultancy.
• Language skills: Full fluency in French and English is essential.
• Key strengths:
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Adaptability and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Strong client relationship management
• A keen interest in international financial operations and the desire to work in a dynamic financial hub like Luxembourg.

Legal Corporate Officer - What We Offer :
