Lawyer - Your Role :

As a key player in the Real Estate department, you will handle complex real estate matters, provide strategic legal advice, and oversee major transactions.

• Advise on real estate acquisitions, disposals, leasing, and financing deals
• Draft, review, and negotiate high-stakes contracts and legal documents
• Lead transactions, coordinating with clients, opposing counsel, and regulatory bodies
• Ensure compliance with Luxembourg and international real estate regulations
• Collaborate across departments and international offices on cross-border projects
• Contribute to business development, strengthening client relationships and market presence

Lawyer - Your Profile:

• Master's degree in Law and admitted to List I, II, or IV
• 6+ years of experience in Luxembourg real estate law (excluding funds)
• Bilingual in French & English (German or other languages are a plus)
• Proactive, dynamic, and an excellent communicator with a team-oriented mindset
