Main Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor all legal and corporate aspects of the company.
• Advise and assist in setting up new fund structures as well as modifying existing structures.
• Responsible for preparing and reviewing legal documents, including contract drafts and corporate policies.
• Collaborate with regulatory authorities and other external advisors.
• Lead and develop a team of legal and corporate staff.
• Ensure compliance with local and international laws and regulations.

Qualifications:

• A degree in Law or a related qualification.
• 4 years of professional experience in a similar role, preferably in, central administration, fund management or a related financial sector.
• Solid knowledge of the legal and regulatory framework.
• Fluent in German, both written and spoken; additional language skills are advantageous.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure.
