They have a strong focus on Alternative Investment Funds in Private Equity and Real Estate.

Your Responsibilities | Fund Officer – Corporate – Legal – PFS – Corporate Officer - AIF

• In your missions, you will have to maintain and develop your relationships with your clients, and will be in charge of the daily management of Alternative Investment Funds primarily.
• You will be involved in the preparation and organization of board meetings, general meetings and drafting the related minutes.
• You are in charge of board packs, as well as liaising with your clients and third parties.
• You also ensure the approval of annual accounts and other filings on the Trade/Business register.

• We are currently searching for a talent that has acquired at least 2 years of experience as a (Fund) Corporate Officer within a PFS or Fiduciary in Luxembourg.
• You have a very good command of English (read, written, spoken) to be integrated well in the existing teams and to facilitate contacts with external parties. Knowledge of French or Italian will be considered an asset.
• You have a previous exposure to the local Fund Industry, especially to AIF.
• You are looking for a company in which you will be able to develop your skills in order to achieve an ambitious career path in the medium and long term.
