Corporate Officer | Young jurist - Your Role :

As a Corporate Officer | Young jurist, you will be responsible for the administrative and legal management of companies, with a portfolio of 20 to 40 companies. Your tasks will include

• Preparation and follow-up of general meetings and board meetings
• Drafting minutes using existing templates
• Administrative follow-up of companies' legal affairs
• Direct contact with clients for technical accounting advice

Corporate Officer | Young jurist - Your Profile:

The ideal candidate will have:

• Up to 3 years' experience managing a portfolio of Soparfi, holding companies, trading companies and SARLs
• Solid knowledge of accounting and taxation, with the ability to read a balance sheet
• Experience as a lawyer in a fiduciary firm, with a basic understanding of accounting
• A bachelor's degree in economics, law or finance
• Fluency in French and English (any other language is an asset)

Corporate Officer | Young jurist - What We Offer :

• Compensation: Up to €50,000 gross per year over 13 months
