RC/MLRO – Human Sized PFS, Work Life Balance

For an independent corporate and fund services provider, we are currently looking for an RC / MLRO with several years of experience in this role.

The company is comprised of 35 people, who have been with the company for numerous years. As they do not want to rush any recruitments, they always take the time to find the right person in order to keep the great working atmosphere amongst the team.

In order to participate and reinforce this good atmosphere, the management of the company, often organizes various events outside the office (e.g. Christmas party, Bowling, dinners, and many more that are not necessarily official). As the upper management of the company comes from larger service providers, in Luxembourg and abroad, it is important for them to make sure that the teams are well-staffed, in order to prevent employees from doing overtime, and benefit from a great work-life balance.

Today within Luxembourg’s ecosystem, the firm offers Fund Accounting, Corporate & Fund Administration, as well as depositary Services for a wide variety of clients. These are composed of SOPARFIs and investment funds.

Your Responsibilities | MLRO – RC – Legal – Compliance – PFS – Anti Money Laundering – KYC

• You will perform as RC for the PFS and will report to the RR of the PFS and the Board of Directors. Additionally, you will sit on the Acceptance Commitees and be involved in new clients’ onboarding.
• Then, your role will also be to organize internal trainings for the team in place and new joiners, in order to maintain a compliant and regulatory framework and to limit any risks.  
• You will be involved in the preparation and the draft of reports regarding AML and CFT policies for internal and external purposes.

• We are looking for candidate that has acquired a minimum of 5 years of experience within a PFS or Asset Management Company/AIFM in Luxembourg. You also have prior experience as MLRO/RC.
• You should have a fluent command of English and French. Any additional language skills are welcome.
• You are eager to join a dynamic workplace and ready to start a new engaging professional challenge in which you will be able to capitalize on your previous experience.
• You ideally have prior experience with the management or supervision of a team, or reviewing tasks taken on by more junior colleagues.
