A PFS located in the city center contacted us to assist them in their search for a Senior Fund Accountant for their Fund Accounting team. This company has been based in Luxembourg for more than 20 years now, and collaborates only with financial companies such as Soparfi, holding, and of course, investment funds. These clients come from all over the world which creates an international and multicultural environment in the offices.

These last years, the company has known an interesting growth, and the team is now composed of more than 30 people. Furthermore, the human aspect is really important for the people who work in this PFS. Because of that, the employees have good relationships between them, and spend time together even after work to have a drink or to have dinner together for example.

Your Responsibilities | PFS – Senior Fund Accountant – Accounting – Fund Accounting - AIF

• You are responsible for a client portfolio composed of investment funds in Private Equity and Real Estate.  
• You prepare and calculate the net asset value for the funds in your portfolio.
• You work under Lux GAAP and IFRS regulations.
• You prepare the work and you also review it to help the Junior Fund Accountants for example.
• You prepare reportings for your clients and the annual accounts for the clients in your portfolio.
• You are in contact with your clients and you regularly answer their questions.
  
  

Profile and Career Path | PFS – Senior Fund Accountant – Accounting – Fund Accounting - AIF

• You have been working in a PFS or an AIFM as a Fund Accountant for at least 5 years in Luxembourg.
• You are fluent in English, both verbally and in writing.
• You have a good knowledge in the management of regulated and alternative funds.
• You are comfortable working in a team, but also being autonomous in your tasks.
• You are able to adapt yourself to different situations, and this allows you to stressful situations that may arise and to find solutions.
  
  

Offer | PFS – Senior Fund Accountant – Accounting – Fund Accounting - AIF

• Your salary can go up to 90.000€ per year, which will depend on your level of experience and technical level. In addition to this salary, you will also receive a bonus at the end of the year, meal vouchers, and a pension plan.
