Your Responsibilities | Compliance – Regulatory – AML/CFT – Risk Management
- Oversee and monitor the company’s compliance framework, ensuring alignment with AML/CFT regulations.
- Act as a key liaison with regulatory authorities (CSSF) and ensure timely regulatory reporting.
- Review and assess high-risk AML/CFT relationships and implement robust due diligence procedures.
- Develop and conduct compliance training programs to reinforce awareness and adherence across teams.
- Provide strategic guidance on internal policies and risk mitigation strategies, ensuring best practices.
- Leverage the firm’s digitalized compliance tools to enhance oversight, reporting, and efficiency in regulatory monitoring.
Profile and Career Path | Compliance – Regulatory – AML/CFT – Risk Management
- At least 8 years of experience in compliance, AML, or risk management, in the fund or corporate services industry in Luxembourg, acquired more specifically in a PFS or similar type of structure.
- Strong knowledge of Luxembourg AML/CFT/CPF regulations and industry best practices.
- ACAMS certification is a significant advantage and will strengthen your expertise in AML-related compliance.
- Prior experience as RC or a similar regulatory position is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with regulatory bodies and internal stakeholders.
- Fluency in English is required; any additional language (French, German, or Luxembourgish) is an advantage.
- Comfortable working in a digitized and tech-driven environment, with a willingness to adapt to new tools and technologies in compliance management.
