Assistant Manager Tax Compliance : Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise tax compliance processes, ensuring the accurate preparation and review of VAT, CIT, and corporate tax returns.
- Manage and review tax-related work completed by senior and junior team members, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Monitor and enforce adherence to local and international tax regulations, ensuring timely and precise tax filings.
- Assist in tax audits and manage tax reporting across the group, providing strategic input on tax-efficient structures.
- Collaborate with senior management and external advisors to address tax-related matters and optimize tax strategies.
- Support internal teams in tax planning and structuring initiatives, offering expertise to enhance compliance and efficiency.
- Ensure proper documentation and timely submission of tax filings to regulatory authorities, maintaining strict compliance standards.
Assistant Manager Tax Compliance - Your Profile:
- Educational background: A Bachelor's or Master's degree in tax, finance, or accounting.
- Experience: At least five years of experience in corporate tax, VAT, or tax accounting, preferably gained within a Big 4 firm, financial institution, or the real estate sector.
- Technical expertise: Strong understanding of local and international tax regulations, with proven expertise in VAT and corporate tax compliance.
- Language skills: Fluency in English is required; knowledge of an additional European language is an asset.
- Attention to detail: Highly meticulous and organized, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Communication & interpersonal skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
Assistant Manager Tax Compliance - We offer:
- Attractive compensation: A competitive salary of €80,000 gross, complemented by a discretionary bonus.
