Our partner is a boutique PFS, highly specialized in servicing investment funds and other varied clients, composed of 30 employees. For the past decade, the structure has been able to build a great reputation for itself in Luxembourg and it is in the context of its growth that we are currently looking for a Senior Fund Accountant.

As the tailor-made approach is key here, the PFS was able to build an impressive portfolio of clients throughout the years. This means that you will be able to develop new skills by working with prestigious structures and as a result develop a technical level above the average in Luxembourg.

The PFS has known quite an impressive growth in its investment fund department recently which is why a new colleague will allow everyone to have a comfortable workload, but also to assist the clients in the best way possible. Overtime is very rare in this PFS so you will not feel overworked or stressed.

Your Responsibilities | Senior Fund Accountant – PE/RE – Investment Funds - PFS

• You handle the accountancy for your client portfolio, composed mainly of alternative investment funds.
• This means you also take on the establishment of financial statements and the NAV calculation.
• You are familiar, and experienced, with complex structures. For this reason, bridging loans and bonds for example are quite straightforward to you.
• You are in charge of the communications and direct relationships with theclients as well as third parties (banks, auditors, lawyers) and other stakeholders.
• You are able to work in a team, as you will work on some of your dedicated clients with a few other colleagues.
  
  

Profile and Career Path | Senior Fund Accountant – PE/RE – Investment Funds - PFS

• Since at least 2 years, you have been working as a fund accountant in a PFS or Big Four in Luxembourg.
• You are experienced on alternative investment funds and have a good understanding of the Luxembourgish fund industry.
• You are dynamic and open-minded and have a certain motivation to help develop the investment fund portfolio and team.
• Fluency in English and French is necessary, and any additional language will be considered a plus.
