An international audit firm is currently looking for a Director Audit, in their Private Equity and Real Estate Department. With several hundreds of employees in Luxembourg, and more than 50 years of existence, this company is one of the major actors in accounting, audit, tax and legal services in the world. 

You will join a department composed of a hundred auditors, coming from many cultures and nationalities. As a Director, you will benefit from the trust from your employer, and you will be free to put your own organization in place. You will have the chance to have a real added value in the department, and to handle a wide variety of responsibilities, ensuring that the structure continues to have a great reputation in the audit field.

Your responsibilities | Audit Firm – Finance – Auditor

• You are responsible for the management of different teams, who each have a dedicated client portfolio. You review the reports, and you coordinate with the managers to plan and distribute the work.
• The clients will directly contact you in case of questions, and to organize meetings to speak about their financial activities. You will also have to present the company and its services to potential new clients, to try and onboard them.  
• You are in direct contact with your team to solve problems, that can be technical or relational. The objective for you is to create a healthy environment.
• As an auditor, you are still involved in the work when your colleagues are sick or on vacation for example, and you still act as a team player.
• You train the new arrivals and are responsible for their development in the company.
  
  

Profile and Career Path | Service Provider – Audit – Financial

• You have more than 10 years of experience in external audit in Luxembourg. Experience in a Big Four environment will be considered as a strong asset.  
• You are fluent in English. If you speak French, or German, this will be a plus.
• You hold a Master’s degree. If you are preparing or if you have your IRE certification, this would be a very important advantage in your application.
• You have a leader spirit, and people trust you easily thanks to your good communication skills and your ability to understand people and to listen to them.

• Your salary can go up to €110 000 gross per year, in addition to a parking spot and many fringe benefits (e.g. meal vouchers, a generous bonus, pension plan and more).
