It is a pleasure to present a new opportunity within a reputable international law firm. They are currently seeking a corporate M&A lawyer to strengthen their team. Our client has multiple offices worldwide and has been established in Luxembourg for several years, offering a range of services, including litigation, corporate M&A, investment funds, and tax. The office is conveniently located and even offers parking.

Your Responsibilities | Law – Lawyer – Corporate M&A – Finance – Law firm
- You will oversee the formation of companies in the Private Equity sector.
- You will manage transactional aspects, including mergers, acquisitions, and liquidations.
- Drafting and reviewing legal documents such as agreements, resolutions, and memorandums will be part of your daily responsibilities.
- You will maintain direct contact with clients, providing them with advice and guidance to address their needs.
Profile and Career Path | Law – Lawyer – Corporate M&A – Finance – Law firm
- You have at least 3 years of experience in the corporate department of a law firm in Luxembourg, which will help you adapt comfortably to your new environment.
- To communicate effectively with clients, you are fluent in English. French and/or German is an added advantage.
- You consider yourself dynamic and organized, ensuring timely and high-quality service for your clients.
- You have strong experience in Private Equity, which allows you to understand your role and the specific needs of your clientele.
Offer | Law – Lawyer – Corporate M&A – Finance – Law firm
- You will earn a salary of up to €110,000 gross/year, depending on your experience, allowing you to enjoy a comfortable standard of living.
- To recognize your efforts and contributions to the firm, you will receive a bonus.
- To help reduce your daily expenses, meal vouchers of €10.80 each will be provided, along with health insurance and a pension plan.
