My clients, whether a law firm or a major international corporation, are on the lookout for a corporate lawyer.
The responsibilities :
- Legal advice: Providing legal advice on the structuring, creation and management of businesses, including mergers, acquisitions and restructurings.
- Drafting of documents: Drafting and reviewing contracts, partnership agreements, articles of association and other legal documents relating to the company's activities.
- Compliance and governance: Ensuring compliance with company law and regulations, and implementing good corporate governance practices.
- Managing shareholders‘ meetings: Preparing and organising shareholders’ meetings and board meetings, including drafting the minutes.
- Legal watch: Monitoring legal and regulatory developments and adapting internal processes accordingly to minimise legal risks.
Your profile :
- Master's degree in law, specialising in company or commercial law. Admission to the bar is an advantage.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience as a lawyer or jurist specialising in company law, ideally in Luxembourg.
- Solid command of Luxembourg and European company law regulations, as well as mergers and acquisitions processes.
- Excellent command of French and/or English. Knowledge of German or another European language is an asset.
- Analytical and decision-making skills, thoroughness and attention to detail, as well as the ability to manage several files simultaneously.
