Your Responsibilities | Corporate – Finance – Lawyer – Law firm – Laws – Regulatory
- You will handle acquisitions, mergers, and restructurings.
- Managing direct contact with your clients will be part of your daily tasks.
- You will be responsible for ensuring legal monitoring to stay informed about any market changes.
- You will guide and support junior collaborators.
- You will act as an advisor to your clients.
- You will draft and review juridical documents such as agreements, contracts or resolutions.

- You have at least 5 years of experience as a corporate M&A lawyer in a law firm in Luxembourg, which will allow you to feel comfortable in your new environment.
- You are fluent in English, ensuring effective communication with both clients and third parties.
- A strong background in mergers and acquisitions is essential for efficiency in your role.
- You possess strong communication skills to foster positive relationships with your clients and collaborators.
