Your Responsibilities |Law – Finance – Regulatory – Banking - Lawyer
- You will draft and review essential documentation, including loan agreements, security agreements, and financial instruments.
- You will negotiate terms on behalf of your clients with counterparties.
- You may train junior lawyers as part of your responsibilities.
- You will provide clients with advice on banking and finance matters.
Profile and Career Path | Law – Finance – Regulatory – Banking - Lawyer
- You have at least 2 years of experience as a banking & finance lawyer in Luxembourg, which will help you feel comfortable in your role.
- To ensure effective communication with clients and third parties, you are fluent in both French and English.
- You consider yourself proactive and dynamic, enabling you to meet deadlines and satisfy your clients.
- Being registered on List I or IV of the Luxembourg Bar is essential for this position.

- You will earn a salary of up to €90,000 gross per year, allowing you to enjoy a comfortable standard of living.
