As an Administrative Assistant, ideally with a first experience in a similar environment, you will provide administrative support to our teams of client advisors and accountants. You will :
- Manage and follow up payments on behalf of clients;
- Coordinate signing of documents;
- Be the point of contact between the team and clients and/or banks;
- Open bank accounts;
- Perform various daily tasks such as filing, scanning, faxing, managing emails, post and phone calls.
Your Profile:
Technical skills
- You hold a degree, or a BTS qualification as an administrative assistant;
- You are a competent user of Word, Excel and Powerpoint;
- You are fluent in French and English. German and Luxembourgish would be an asset;
- Knowledge of online bank systems.
Personal skills
- You are proactive and a good team player, motivated and professional;
- You show interest in your job and more generally in the clients’ business;
- You have strong organisational skills and pay attention to detail;
- You are looking for a long term collaboration with your employer.
