Your responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle for local and international vacancies
- Create, publish and update job advertisements
- Coordinate and monitor external recruitment agencies and partners
- Review applications, select suitable profiles and conduct telephone interviews
- Plan and coordinate each stage of the candidate selection process
- Maintain and further develop the company’s careers page
- Establish, monitor and evaluate recruitment-related KPIs
- Plan and participate in career fairs and recruitment events
- Organize visits to schools and maintain relationships with schools and universities
Your profile
- A degree or comparable qualification in human resources or business administration
- Initial professional experience in recruitment
- The ability to work independently, methodically and in a well-organised manner
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- A very good command of German, French and English
