Are you passionate about shaping employer brands, orchestrating unforgettable events, and creating impactful communications? Look no further! We are seeking a dynamic Communication, Event and Employer Branding Officer to join our team.


As our Marketing, Event and Employer Branding Officer, you will play a pivotal role in championing our employer brand organizing exceptional client and personnel events and driving effective communication strategies both internally and ;Here is a glimpse of what you will be doing:


·     Develop employer brand identity: Develop and execute a robust employer branding strategy that resonates across various media channels, both online and offline, aligning seamlessly with our company’s values, mission, and culture.


·     Ensuring digital presence: Take charge of managing and maintaining our employer branding channels, including our career website, social media platforms, and job boards, ensuring maximum visibility and engagement.


·     Talent attraction: Collaborate closely with our talent acquisition team to identify target audiences and deploy targeted campaigns that attract top-tier talent.


·     Events: Plan and execute captivating client and personnel events, ensuring a flawless experience for all participant, promoting meaningful connections and lasting impressions.


·     Effective communication: Oversee internal and external communications, leveraging diverse channels to effectively reach out target audiences and convey our message with clarity and impact.


·     Performance analysis: Define key performance indicators to gauge the success of our branding, communication, and event initiatives, and provide comprehensive insights through data analysis and reporting.

To thrive in this role, you will need

·    Proficiency in brand marketing, digital communications, and social media management.


·    Strong research skills and the ability to craft compelling marketing messages.


·    Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for engaging content creation.


·    Exceptional project management abilities, adept at juggling multiple projects and meeting deadlines.


·    Familiarity with social media platforms and web analytics tools.


·    Stellar stakeholder management skills, with the ability to promote relationships internally and externally.


·    Creative thinking, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset.


·    Strong networking ability and a passion for continuous learning and improvement.


·    Bonus points for photography and video editing skills.

Minimum requirements:

·    At least 3 years of experience in employer branding, recruitment marketing or communications, preferably in a dynamic environment like the financial sector.


·    Excellent command of written and spoken English; professional knowledge of French is a plus.


·    Proficiency in MS Office and design tools such as Photoshop or Canva.


·    Expertise in social media channels like LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram.
