Langham Hall Luxembourg is licensed by the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier to provide the full range of administration services to Specialised Investment Funds (SIFs), Sociétés d’Investissement en Capital à Risque (SICARS), unregulated funds and SPVs.

We are also authorised to act as depositary to firms investing primarily in closed-ended private equity, real estate, infrastructure, and debt.

Luxembourg has, for many years, been the jurisdiction of choice for funds and SPVs which are set up to invest in real estate, private equity and other asset classes. Langham Hall established its office in Luxembourg in 2009. It is led by Keith McShea and a senior team possessing a blend of legal, accounting, tax, regulatory and corporate governance skills and significant experience in the funds, private equity, real estate and infrastructure sectors.
