🔍 Your Mission (Should You Choose to Accept It)
As a Consultant, you’ll get the chance to:
- Contribute to transformation programs across Banking, Wealth & Asset Management.
- Take part in regulatory-driven and innovation-focused projects (AML/KYC, ESG, etc.).
- Lead or support project streams: from business analysis to implementation.
- Participate in the design of new operating models and digital solutions.
- Explore and challenge the use of tech & AI to optimize client outcomes.
- Prepare impactful presentations, RFPs and deliverables with strong value.
💡 Your Profile
You’re the right fit if you:
- Hold a Master’s degree (preferably in Finance, Economics or similar).
- Have around 2 years of experience in consulting or project roles within the Banking/Financial sector.
- Know your way around regulatory topics (AML/KYC, MiFID, etc.) and process improvement.
- Are comfortable juggling between business & tech environments.
- Are fluent in French and English (German is a plus).
- Have strong communication and storytelling skills (PowerPoint is your friend).
- Are genuinely interested in AI, automation and the future of finance.
