Job Description
Position: ESG Project Manager- CSRD reporting
Financial Management Department
Job purpose:
Lead the project team to implement reliable ESG sustainability data reported across multiple cross-border institutions.
Responsibilities would be, but not be limited to, the following:
- Bridge external consultants ESG specialists contracted for the project and the Bank’s internal stakeholders.
- Support consultants to conduct materiality assessment, gap analysis, data readiness review, and gap remediation.
- Lead the change to existing systems, supported by IT, for data collection and management.
- Implement reliable and auditable processes and controls for data collection, analysis and reporting.
- Perform business analysis when necessary to drive process changes.
- Educate and guide the staff in charge of the data collection, cultivate understanding and buy-in.
- Draft project plan with concrete measures and milestones, and oversee the execution of each work stream in detail.
- Stay on top of regulatory requirement changes, project timeline and reporting deadlines.
- Conduct meetings and report detailed project progress to senior management and committees.
Profile:
- Experience in project management.
- Basic knowledge of ESG & CSRD.
- Basic knowledge of Finance and Banking.
- A Master’s degree or equivalent in relevant field.
- 5+ years of experience in ESG, project management, Finance or Banking.
- Excellent written and spoken English is mandatory.
