Job purpose:
We are looking for a Credit Analyst, of Corporate Banking Department, as a part of a successful and growing international team, you will report to the Head of Syndication and Structured Finance. With a well-established global network and strong reputation, this job opportunity will allow you to develop a career within our fast-growing international Bank.
Responsibilities would be, but not be limited to, the following:
- Credit Analysis and Industry/Sector Analysis Report
- Annual Reviews and Post Lending Report
- Internal rating and risk classification
- System input for new projects and on-going updates
- Manage and monitor Waivers & Amendments
- Manage and track the Loan Repayment
- Audit preparation
- Group management, DAC 6
- Manage internal requests for information from compliance, audit or any request sent by Middle Office team
- Support on KYC/AML on-boarding
Qualifications
Profile (Skills):
- Strong academic record with background in finance, economics, accounting or math preferred
- Fluency in English are essential, Chinese and other languages will be an advantage
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in data analysis tools
- Knowledge of statistical methods and predictive modeling
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to interpret and translate complex data into actionable insights
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Understanding of business processes and industry-specific knowledge
Profile (Experience):
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance
- 2-5 years of experience in an analytical role, some knowledge of leverage and structured finance (e.g., Business Analyst, Data Analyst)
- Track record of delivering insights that drive business decisions
- Experience working in syndicated loan, leverage and project finance
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Hands-on experience with data collection, cleaning, and manipulation
- Understanding of market research techniques and competitive analysis
