Junior lawyer - Investment Funds

For our office in Luxembourg, we are currently looking for a junior lawyer specialised in Investment Funds.

Your future key role:

·        You will join our team which is widely recognised for its expertise, innovative and business-oriented approach, its team spirit and strong core values;

·        You will be led by Senior Associates, Counsels and Partners while working on the structuring, setting-up and organization of regulated and non-regulated alternative investment funds (AIFs) and advising on investment related transactions on both GP and LP sides;

·        You will draft and review fund related documentation such as issuing and offering documents, constitutional documents of funds and their managers, agreements with service providers and prepare filings with the CSSF and other authorities, as needed;

·        You will advise international and institutional clients during the entire life-cycle of their fund and investment management projects;

·        You will be in contact with a wide variety of domestic and foreign asset managers focusing on private equity, real estate, infrastructure, private credit, ESG and other investment strategies;

·        You will work hand-in-hand with our Tax, Finance, Corporate and Litigation teams to provide a fully integrated advice to our clients

Your ideal profile:

·        You hold a Master’s degree in law (or equivalent), preferably completed by an ;

·        You have gained first professional experience, including internships, within the field of investment funds, asset management or you have developed a strong appetite for the Investment Management activities in general;

·        You are eager to deliver comprehensive range of legal services on all aspects of investments funds

·        You are a team player with excellent communication skills

·        You have solid organizational skills and able to work in an autonomous manner

·        You are keen to learn and develop in an international environment

·        You have a perfect command of English both written and spoken

·        Good knowledge of German would be an advantage
