Mission
- Operate and monitor production machinery to ensure efficient production flow.
- Inspect finished products for quality and conformity to specifications.
- Prepare materials and load equipment as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all safety protocols.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot minor issues with equipment.
- Record production data and complete required documentation accurately.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets.
Profile
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred.
- Ability to read and follow work instructions and safety guidelines.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including shifts.
- Basic mechanical skills and the ability to learn new machinery.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and troubleshoot issues proactively.
