IT Support Officer f/m
As an IT Support Officer, you will:
- Act as second-line technical support for hardware, software, and equipment issues.
- Conduct diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs.
- Provide onboarding support for new staff.
- Assist with video conferencing and IT equipment setup.
- Manage user accounts and provide support in MS 365 environments.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in IT/security support teams.
- Strong knowledge of M365, Azure, and IT best practices (ITIL or similar).
- Experience in user training and technical support.
- Ability to work proactively and ensure service continuity.
