We are seeking a skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team and support day-to-day IT operations for our customers as part of our Managed Services Provider (MSP) activities. The ideal candidate has strong technical knowledge of PC systems and IT networks, solid experience with Windows operating systems, and a good understanding of infrastructure components such as switches, firewalls, and servers. Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 is essential.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to our customers and respond to inquiries via phone, email, and on-site visits
- Configure and deploy end-user systems, including devices, accounts, and software
- Escalate complex issues to our internal Systems Engineering team when required
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of PC systems and IT networks
- Proficiency with Windows operating systems
- General understanding of infrastructure components (switches, firewalls, servers, etc.)
- Mandatory experience with Microsoft 365
- Rigorous, adaptable, and able to manage evolving situations
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Good command of English; German and/or French considered an asset
