Content & Operations Support @ GIOLABS GRIDX
GIOLABS is not a traditional gallery. It is a next-generation immersive venue operating at the intersection of digital art, technology, culture, and corporate innovation. Built on five pillars: Immersive Experiences, Digital Art & Exhibitions, Creative Technology, Events & Venue Innovation, and Brand Collaborations, GIOLABS combines public programming, private events, and experimental formats under one roof.
We are looking for a highly structured, hands-on Content & Operations Support who strengthens both our digital presence and our internal execution. This role connects content, operations, technology, and programming.
This is not a pure social media job. It is a hybrid role combining content production, campaign execution, venue-level implementation, administrative coordination, and long-term programming development.
Your Responsibilities
1. Internal & Social Content Production
- Produce social media content for Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and other relevant platforms.
- Create short-form video, reels, stories, behind-the-scenes documentation, and basic graphic content.
- Produce venue-based content on a practical level including updating screens, digital signage, and playback coordination in collaboration with the technical team.
- Support brand consistency across all channels.
2. Campaign Execution & Growth
- Plan and execute social media campaigns in alignment with marketing strategy.
- Manage paid ads including targeting, tracking, and funnel optimization.
- Monitor KPIs and performance metrics across channels.
- Understand customer journeys, conversion funnels, and audience segmentation.
- Support campaign reporting and performance analysis.
3. Technical & Operational Coordination
- Work closely with the technical team to upload, test, and implement content inside the venue.
- Coordinate digital assets and maintain structured content libraries.
- Support smooth communication between marketing, tech, and programming.
4. Administrative & Organizational Tasks
- Organize meetings and prepare structured documentation.
- Coordinate timelines and internal workflows.
- Support operational planning for events and exhibitions.
5. Future Growth: Programming & Artist Relations
- Gradually take responsibility for programming support and artist coordination.
- Maintain artist relationships and assist in curation processes.
- Support development of new formats and cultural collaborations.
Profile & Skills
- Strong experience in social media content production and channel management.
- Proven understanding of paid ads, tracking tools, targeting logic, and digital funnels.
- Structured, reliable, and operationally strong.
- Comfortable working hands-on inside a venue environment.
- Basic understanding of video editing and graphic tools such as Adobe Suite or comparable tools.
- Confident in managing content workflows and digital asset structures.
- Fluent in English, German, and French.
