Investment Writer (m/f)

Our Market Research department is growing and we are looking for people who are eager to work in a dynamic and rewarding environment.

Your mission

As an Investment Writer (m/f), you will:

• Structure and write comprehensive and impactful reports, proposals and articles in English on given research topics based on the collected and analysed data and making business-oriented recommendations to the sponsoring client;
• Select the appropriate structuring and writing techniques for the research reports to provide insights to the underlying business issues;
• Interview industry experts and key opinion leaders within the industry for specific research projects;
• Review and scrutinising collected and analysed data as to appropriateness for writing the specific research reports;
• Work closely with the research team to ensure the assembling and high quality of reports;
• Prepare presentations for internal and external use;
• Read, review and disseminate any significant articles, published research and data;
• Understand the business and regulatory environment of the asset management and banking industry;
• Maintain contacts with key information sources (internal and external) to facilitate effective communication and understanding of information.

Your profile

• You hold a Bachelor’s degree, Master’s degree or equivalent;
• You have one year of experience as an investment writer or a financial journalist;
• You have advanced interviewing skills;
• You have excellent Word and PowerPoint skills;
• You have experience of and interest in the financial services sector;
• You are a near-native English speaker with outstanding writing skills;
• You have strong project management skills;
• You have the ability to quickly understand a problem, to identify possible solutions and key success factors as well as the ability to interpret and assess the impact of the results of an analysis;
• You are comfortable in a fast-paced and changing environment.
