ACCOUNTANT (PE) – PRIVATE EQUITY SPECIALISTS – NT235

Greenfield has recently exclusively been mandated by a Private Equity Investment company located close to the main train station of Luxembourg. The company was founded in 1989 in Noth America. Since then, the activity kept increasing, they employ approximately 180 persons today, including 14 in Luxembourg.

They have been growing exponentially and are now looking to strengthen their presence in Luxembourg by recruiting an Accountant for their team. This person will be focused on Private Equity investments and will be joining a young and dynamic team of ambitious and talented people.

The selected candidate will be responsible for the accounting management of multiple entities based in Luxembourg for the group from the entire life cycle of the companies.

The Role:

• Be responsible for the preparation of monthly reporting
• Prepare the financial statements under LuxGAAP
• Take care of internal quarterly reporting
• Liaise with third parties such as auditors and tax advisors for transfer pricing studies and tax clearances
• Prepare the Tax and VAT returns
• Assist the legal team for the preparation of legal documents from incorporation to liquidation
• Be part of ad-hoc projects

The Profile:

• University degree in Accounting, Business or Finance
• 2-4 years of experience in Accounting, ideally in Private Equity (in house or in a Service Provider)
• First experience with Lux GAAP would be ideal
• Fluent in France & English is mandatory, any other languages will be considered as an asset
• Strong attention to details and analytical skills
