What we’re looking for:

Sopra Steria Cyber Security Agency is seeking a highly skilled Cyber Security Manager for the Luxembourg area. The ideal candidate will provide advisory and technical support to help our clients enhance their Information Security posture and respond to the rapidly evolving cyber threats. This role will work closely with the Benelux Cyber Security Director to develop the security business, hire and manage local resources, and collaborate with the international team to propose new offerings and expand activities in consulting, integration, and managed security services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Expertise: Extensive experience with various security technologies and tools across our three value centers: PREVENT, PROTECT, DETECT.
• Business Development: Establish and maintain a strong business development capability to drive growth.
• Leadership: Lead teams to deliver security transformations in complex organizations.
• Team Management: Lead a team of cybersecurity experts, fostering their professional development and growth within the organization.
• Frameworks Experience: Proficient in multiple Information Security frameworks, including ISO27001 and NIST.
• Sector Experience: Experience in public institutions, large organizations, and the financial sector is a plus.

Skills and experience:

The successful candidate will have some or all of the following skills and experiences:

·       Bilingual FR and EN

·       Experience working in a regulated environment

·       Security Audit

·       Forensics, Ethical Hacking or Penetration Testing

·       Infrastructure and Network Security

·       Security Architecture

·       Application Security Testing

·       Identity and Access Management

·       5+ years of relevant experience

·       Project management and delivery experience

·       Technical security implementationd

·       Security qualifications including CISSP, CISM,CISA, ISO 27001, PCI DSS
