You will be responsible for managing client relationships and ensuring the successful delivery of projects in the Private Sector. This role requires a combination of project management skills and client engagement capabilities. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, coordinate with internal teams to deliver solutions, and ensure that projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong relationships;
  • Understand clients’ business goals, challenges, and requirements;
  • Ensure client satisfaction by delivering high-quality services and addressing any concerns promptly;
  • Lead the planning, execution, and closing of digital projects;
  • Develop project plans, including scope, timelines, resources, and budget;
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables align with client expectations;
  • Monitor project progress, manage risks, and implement mitigation strategies;
  • Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget;
  • Regularly update clients on project status, milestones, and any issues;
  • Prepare and present project reports, proposals, and documentation;
  • Facilitate meetings and workshops with clients and internal teams;
  • Lead and motivate project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive environment;
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to team members;
  • Promote effective communication and knowledge sharing within the team.
  • Bachelor's Degree required in business management or a related field;
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in management consulting or business transformation;
  • Proven experience in a Fixed-Price Management projects role;
  • Consistent record of delivering IT solutions and growing revenue within a major account;
  • Experience operating at CXO level, and ability to demonstrate excellent client relationships;
  • Excellent client facing engagement – able to empathize with and respond to the needs of stakeholders;
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines;
  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana);
  • Fluency in French and a good command in English are required;
  • PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.
