Key Responsibilities:
As a Project Management Assistant, you will contribute to the definition, implementation, management, and follow-up of the IT portfolio, programs, and projects, primarily in the field of publications at both central and decentralized levels.
Start date : Asap-31/03/2026 (Possibility of extension)
Schedule: 40 hours/week
Salary : 27.78€/h gross
Tasks :

Assist in defining and implementing portfolio management (IT Project Governance) policies and processes.

Build trusted and effective relationships with project and business managers to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with the expected benefits.

Participate in discussions regarding IT project prioritization and funding, while advocating for the business's needs regarding programs and projects.
