Our client, a public institution is looking for an Administrative Assistant temporarily starting as soon as possible. Job to be taken in Belval.

This position has been created to help the department manage a period of exceptional increase in activity.

The successful candidate will join the department secretariat and provide essential administrative support to professors, researchers, postdoctoral fellows, PhD candidates, and interns. The role covers project administration, travel arrangements, and the coordination of academic meetings and events.

Your Responsabilities:


  • Provide administrative assistance in the management of research projects, including purchase orders, invoices, and contracts for students and experts.
  • Ensure compliance with faculty and university guidelines in all administrative processes.
  • Organise business trips, manage travel bookings, and process reimbursement requests.
  • Coordinate and follow up on internal and external meetings, workshops, conferences, and academic events.
  • Offer general secretarial support to department members.

Your Profile:


  • Bachelor’s degree (preferably in business administration or a related field).
  • Good knowledge of English, French, and German.
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Initiative and ability to manage multiple tasks independently.
  • A collaborative, diplomatic, and service-oriented team player.
  • Reliable, proactive, and adaptable with flexible working hours.
  • Young graduates in administration are encouraged to apply.

Your Profile:

  • Master degree
  • Experience in procurement administration
  • Proficient in SAP
  • French is your mother tongue
  • English: Fluent in a business context
