We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, tech-savvy individual as the Personal Assistant to our Chief Technology Officer (CTO). In this role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to ensure the smooth functioning of the CTO's office and optimize their productivity.


WHAT ARE YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Calendar Management: Efficiently manage the CTO's schedule, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Communication Coordination: Serve as a primary point of contact for the CTO, screening and prioritizing communications, responding on their behalf when appropriate, and ensuring timely follow-up.
  • Meeting Support: Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and ensure necessary materials are distributed in advance, facilitating productive discussions and decision-making.
  • Information Management: Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports and presentations as needed, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Task Prioritization: Proactively identify priorities and deadlines, manage competing demands, and effectively delegate tasks to optimize the CTO's time and focus.
  • Office Operations: Oversee day-to-day administrative tasks such as managing correspondence, filing documents, and maintaining office supplies, ensuring a well-organized and efficient work environment.
  • Special Projects: Assist the CTO in various special projects and initiatives as assigned, providing research, analysis, and administrative support to drive successful outcomes.
  • Travel Arrangements: Coordinate all aspects of the CTO's travel, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation, and preparing detailed itineraries.


WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Technical aptitude and familiarity with technology concepts and terminology.
  • Experience as an executive assistant, personal assistant, or similar role, preferably supporting senior executives or C-suite leadership.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with individuals at all levels.
  • Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
  • Resourcefulness and problem-solving abilities to anticipate needs and proactively address challenges.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to accommodate changing priorities and responsibilities.
