Our company in Luxembourg has about 190 employees and produces more than 4 billions of preforms every year as well as recycled PET.

We are looking for a Junior IT Network Administrator & Security Analyst (m/f) to reinforce our IT Department.  Directly reporting to the IT Technical Manager you will provide general IT technical support for business users and internal business functions.

Your main responsibilities:

• Configure and deploy Cisco network switches. Maintain configurations, and follow standard maintenance and backup procedures. Document changes and configuration of the infrastructure.
• Assist in configuration and maintenance of Cisco routing and WAN infrastructure.
• Monitor network infrastructure and network components. Maintain monitoring tools and solutions. Resolve and manage incidents.
• Maintain LAN infrastructure and follow or lead infrastructure projects at EU sites. Collaborate with other teams and third party vendors or contractors.
• Monitor Network security, resolve and manage security incidents, maintain network security detection and response configurations and setup (Log collectors, XDR, Firewalls).
• Maintain XDR solution and EDR policies, study and develop skills and knowledge. Document policies, changes and Playbooks.
• Investigate cyber security incidents, vectors of attack, collect forensic details, verify detections escalated by SOC or by Automation, compose detailed reports.
• Collaborate on creation of cyber security incident response and mitigation plans.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned

Your Experience and Skills :

• Knowledge of networking concepts IP networks, routing, switching, including hardware and software troubleshooting.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft based operating systems and AD
• Data parsing and log analytics
• Cisco CSNA level of knowledge
• IT infrastructure HW/SW administrator experience of minimum 4 years
• Possibility to travel (cca 5%)
