AML Specialist, Transfer Agency

Temporary position

Responsibilities:

• AML Subject Matter Expertise:

• Demonstrate expertise in AML regulations, procedures, and industry best practices within the transfer agency context.

• Account Reviews:

• Perform comprehensive reviews of all in-scope accounts (Low, Medium, High risk) in alignment with agreed priorities.

• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements during the Luxembourg periodic review for the 2022, 2023 backlogs, and lead the 2024 review.

• Escalation Management:

• Promptly escalate any matters of concern to the relevant stakeholders, ensuring timely resolution and compliance with regulatory standards.

• Checker Role:

• Act as a checker for low-risk accounts, verifying accuracy and compliance with established procedures.

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of AML experience in Transfer Agency.

• Proven expertise as a subject matter expert in AML within the transfer agency domain.

• Understanding of AML regulations, industry standards, and best practices.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Effective communication and collaboration skills.

• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
