To accelerate our commercial growth, we are looking for a Growth Manager who combines business acumen with strategic thinking, operational execution, and the ability to thrive within a regulatory and compliance‑driven context. In this role, you will drive revenue expansion, strengthen our market presence, and ensure the successful go‑to‑market execution of our products. This role requires hands‑on involvement in commercial activities, active client engagement, and close coordination with internal teams. You will manage a high‑impact team and collaborate closely with the Marketing, Product and Legal, and will report to the Chief Commercial Officer.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Growth Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement growth strategies adapted to our sector
- Identify new business opportunities, market segments and revenue streams
- Translate complex regulatory constraints into clear commercial narratives and client value propositions.
- Track performance metrics and use data‑driven insights to continuously optimize the commercial pipeline.
Team Leadership
You will manage two key roles, namely a Sales Operations Specialist and a Regulatory Business Developer. Your leadership includes:
- Setting objectives and implementing structured processes.
- Providing coaching, support, and development opportunities.
Hands‑On Commercial Contribution
- Participate directly in prospecting, commercial pitches, and contract negotiations.
- Manage accounts and ensure long‑term client satisfaction in close collaboration with Client Service
- Support complex, compliance‑sensitive sales discussions alongside the CCO.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with the Marketing Manager to ensure alignment on campaigns, content strategy, lead generation, and brand positioning.
- Coordinate with Client Service, Product, and Legal teams to deploy commercial strategy and support smooth onboarding and delivery.
REQUIREMENTS
- 4–7 years in growth, sales, business development, or related revenue‑focused roles.
- Experience in Luxembourg financial ecosystem.
- Fluent in English and French, another language is an asset.
- Strong analytical mindset with the capacity to understand and communicate technical and regulatory concepts.
- Demonstrated ability to learn fast and develop expertise in new regulatory frameworks and technological domains.
- Experience managing or coaching small teams.
- Advanced use of sales tools (CRM, dashboards) and ability to leverage AI tools to work more efficiently.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. A proactive, hands‑on, and ownership‑driven mentality.
