Our client, an Investment Fund company based in Kirchberg, is looking for its future Guarantee Portfolio Services Officer.
This will be a temporary contract of 2 months. Please note that this assignment may be extended, in accordance with Luxembourgish law, for a maximum duration of 1 year.

Your responsabilities :
- Manage regular reporting cycles linked to guarantee portfolios and financial transactions, ensuring that data received from financial partners is complete, accurate, and delivered on time.
- Review and validate portfolio data submitted by banks, funds, and other financial intermediaries, making sure it respects contractual and operational requirements.
- Use internal digital tools and reporting applications to process, analyse, and monitor large volumes of financial information.
- Coordinate with external service providers responsible for first-level data checks and follow up on missing information, corrections, or clarifications when needed.
- Support financial partners during onboarding and throughout the full lifecycle of transactions by answering operational and reporting questions.
- Contribute to internal monitoring methods used to assess the quality and reliability of counterparties based on reporting performance and compliance.
- Ensure that validated data is correctly integrated into internal systems so that internal teams can rely on accurate information for portfolio follow-up.
- Participate in improving reporting processes, guidelines, and governance by suggesting practical solutions and helping adapt procedures to different financial products.
Your profile :
- At least 3 years of experience in the financial sector, ideally in banks, lending institutions, guarantee structures, or middle-office activities involving financial data management.
- Academic background in economics, finance, econometrics, financial modelling, or another field linked to data analysis and financial operations.
- Strong ability to work with financial data and reporting tools, especially Excel, with good knowledge of Alteryx and exposure to Power BI, Power Automate, Tableau, VBA, or Python being an advantage.
- Good understanding of portfolio-based financial products, guarantee mechanisms, and the operational management of client data.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify issues, solve problems, and improve existing processes.
- Comfortable managing several priorities at the same time while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.
- Proactive, autonomous, and able to work in a structured way under pressure.
- Strong communication skills, with excellent English and Italian required; another European language is a plus.
