This is a newly created role for you to join a successful and growing real estate investment firm based in Luxembourg. Working directly with the local director, you will be responsible for overseeing the accounting, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance of Luxembourg entities.

Your Responsibilities:
Financial Reporting & Accounting
- Support the preparation and review of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting for Luxembourg entities.
- Assist in reviewing and validating financial statements prepared under Lux GAAP.
- Ensure appropriate accounting treatment for intercompany transactions, loans, and investments.
- Monitor cash positions and support treasury activities.
External Service Provider Management
- Coordinate with external accounting firms, administrators, auditors, and tax advisors.
- Review and follow up on deliverables prepared by third-party service providers to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
Tax & Regulatory Compliance
- Support compliance with Luxembourg corporate tax, VAT, and regulatory filing requirements.
- Assist with the preparation and submission of CIT, VAT, NWT, and statistical filings.
- Monitor developments in Luxembourg tax and regulatory requirements and flag relevant updates.
Corporate & Transaction Support
- Provide support on corporate transactions and various ad hoc projects.
- Assist with the accounting and tracking of debt facilities and intercompany financing arrangements, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Your Profile
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration, ideally completed with a professional qualification (ACCA, CPA, CA, or equivalent).
- 5–8 years of relevant experience in Luxembourg with accounting firms, private equity, real estate, infrastructure funds, or corporate finance environments.
- Strong understanding of Lux GAAP and Luxembourg corporate structures.
- Strong technical accounting and financial reporting skills and a solid knowledge of Luxembourg tax and regulatory environment.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders.
