- Daily policy administration from A to Z within the Dedicated Funds team (subscription, surrenders, switch, any kind of modification)
- Service clients, partners and other stakeholders (asset managers, custodians etc.)
- Coordinate smooth running of the tasks required to complete the customer's request, while complying with service quality and deadlines
- Oversee the first level of compliance and anti-money laundering controls
- Build long-lasting Professional Relationships
- Build knowledge on life insurance contracts & financial products
- In-house coordination with: Sales, Wealth Planning, Compliance, Products, Unlisted Team and Tax & Legal
- Ideally a first experience of customer service experience from an insurer
- A team player substantiated by excellent interpersonal skills
- Able to demonstrate excellent written and oral communication skills
- Fluent in Dutch and English, the knowledge of French would be a strong asset.
- Excellent organisationnel and priorisation skills
