Business Reporting Analyst

Our client, an Investment Fund company based in Luxembourg, is looking for its future Business Reporting Analyst.
This will be a temporary contract of 2 months. Please note that this assignment may be extended, in accordance with Luxembourgish law, for a maximum duration of 1 year.

Your responsabilities :
- Prepare and deliver key business reports (monthly, yearly, and planning cycles) for senior management
- Ensure data is accurate, consistent, and clearly presented
- Work within strict deadlines and reporting standards
- Collaborate with group teams to ensure alignment of data and reporting
- Test and validate new reporting tools or system updates before deployment
- Ensure local reports follow group guidelines and definitions
- Handle ad-hoc requests from senior stakeholders with accuracy and professionalism
- Provide analysis and insights to support decision-making (scenarios, comparisons, etc.)
- Maintain high data quality and reporting standards
- Work with dashboards (mainly Tableau) and ensure reliability of outputs
- Document processes, data sources, and assumptions clearly
Your profile :
- Degree in a quantitative field (Data, Statistics, Computer Science, or similar)
- Around 3–5 years of experience in reporting, analytics, or similar roles
- Experience working with senior stakeholders or management-level reporting is a plus
- Strong Excel skills (formulas, data modelling, Power Query, etc.)
- Experience with reporting tools such as Tableau or Business Objects
- Comfortable working with data and validating outputs
- Knowledge of SQL or Alteryx is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate complex information in a clear and structured way
- Able to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
- Professional, reliable, and able to handle sensitive information
- Fluent English; knowledge of French, German, or Italian is a plus.
