HR Business Partner (m/f/d)
Erpeldange – sur -sûre
The HR Business Partner will oversee the employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding. This role manages a large spectrum of activities and requires strong experience with administration, employee lifecycle based on labor law, recruitment and strategic support to line managers.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Monitoring time, attendance, absences, overtime and shift allowances
- Managing and oversee the full employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, contract management, performance management, disciplinary actions, terminations…
- Managing relationships with staffing agencies
- Acting as a trusted advisor to line managers for any labor law questions or any people management issues
- Preparing and analysing HR data such as turnover, absenteeism and propose improvement plans
- Define with line Managers/ employee training plan and organization of training courses
YOUR PROFILE:
- At least 7 years of experience in a similar function in a demanding environment, industrial sector is an asset
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or equivalent
- Strong knowledge of labour law
- Responsible with a problem-solving mindset
- Fluency in English are a must. French and/or German is an asset
