The Retail and Private Banking department is looking for an energetic, creative and delivery-oriented business manager (Chief of Staff) to support the Head of Retail and Private Banking and his Management Team.
Roles and responsibilities
Our Business Manager:
- Acts as a partner and sounding board to the MT
- Assists in and drives large and complex projects, initiating improvement and remediation activities
- Provide support and coordinate with stakeholders in the Retail and Private Bank transformation
- Pro-actively recommends and implements improvements
- Prepares communications and presentations for various key stakeholders and therefore has excellent powerpoint and excel skills
- Prepares, minutes and facilitates MT meetings and employee gatherings
- Ensures representation, compliancy to and protection against non-financial risks
How to succeed in this role
You:
- Are fluent in written and spoken English
- Have a master’s degree or equivalent
- Are a superb communicator, creating inspiring presentations and short, concise briefings
- Pro-actively build relationships with internal & external stakeholders
- Have the ability to value different perspectives, thinking critical and independently
- Can handle change, are a self-starter combining this with excellent organizational skills, a structured way of working and attention to detail
- Have the ability to identify problems. Discussing and solving them with the Retail MT
- Have strong analytical & reading skills, able to understand, digest & interpret quickly
- Have the ability to get people on board, being thorough and persuasive
