Our client, a prestigious law firm, is looking for a Legal Secretary who speaks English and French fluently. This is a permanent contract and a full-time position.

Key responsibilities and challenges

The candidate supports our lawyers with the preparation (including creation and amendment) of documents, spreadsheets and presentations.
He deals with internal calls and external client queries in an appropriate and confident manner.
The candidate manages diaries, organises internal/external meetings and conference calls, organises travel arrangements.
He provides administrative support for matter opening, time recording, filing, billing and archiving.
The candidate undertakes administrative tasks e.g. typing, photocopying, scanning, printing, archiving, hard copy filing, etc.
He proactively monitors and manages emails.
The candidate assists with ad-hoc matters.

Qualifications and skills required
The candidate is fluent in English and French, German and Luxembourgish would be an asset.
He has a degree in the secretarial field.
The candidate has a minimum of 3 years of experience as a Legal / Administrative Assistant.
He has excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks.
The candidate has a strong teamwork ethic, communication skills and respect for confidentiality.
He has excellent MS Office skills, key responsibilities and challenges.
