Your Role: Junior Accountant / Accounting Assistant
As part of the accounting team, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth financial management of a diverse client base. Your contributions will directly impact client success and support the team’s mission of delivering exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Bank Reconciliation & Data Entry: Perform accurate bank reconciliations and data encoding to maintain up-to-date records.
- Payment Preparation: Assist in preparing and processing payment orders with precision.
- Quarterly and Annual reporting: Collaborate in the preparation of quarterly reports and year-end financial statements, providing essential insights for decision-making.
- Balance Sheet Assistance: Support the drafting of balance sheets and management reports, ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
- Tax Filings: Handle VAT declarations, tax filings, ensuring all financial operations are properly documented.
- Financial Analysis: Analyze debts and receivables to provide clear, actionable reporting for internal and client use.
Your Profile: What We’re Looking For
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience: 0-3 years in an accounting or administrative role; recent graduates are welcome to apply!
- Skills:

- Proficiency in accounting software
