Your responsibilities

As Cloud Technical Engineer (M/F) you will be responsible of :

• Effective provisioning, installation/configuration, operation, and maintenance of hosting infrastructures
• Technical Research and development to enable continual innovation
• Participating in projects to warrant a smooth transition of projects into daily operations by performing activities linked to operations within the project lifecycle.
• Attempting to provide first-call resolution for all reported issues by researching documentation and knowledge base
• Triaging all support requests and performing preliminary investigation for all reported issues, by reviewing application and system logs
• Day-to-day infrastructure operations
• Incidents resolution and problems identification
• Infrastructure monitoring, availability testing and reporting
• Implements standard changes and service requests
• Documentation management
• On-call service

Your profile

• You have At least 3 years of professional experience within large-scale Data Centre environments
• You have at least 6 months of professional experience on AWS cloud environments
• You are comfortable with service operations
• You have a solid understanding of most of the technical aspects and concepts
• You have a solid understanding of the operational organisation of industrialised service delivery
• You are able to write scripts in some administrative language to automate operations (Perl, Python, a shell, Visual Basic)
• You have some experience deploying and operating on public and private cloud framework; AWS, Azure,…
• You are familiar with service on cloud-based solutions
• You have some experience with cloud deployment, Windows/Linux
