Construction Team Lead / Site Supervisor – Hungarian-Speaking

Ecoclima is looking for a construction team lead / site supervisor to help organise and coordinate our installation teams in Luxembourg.

We already have capable workers in photovoltaic, HVAC and roofing installations. We are looking for someone who can bring more structure, leadership, organisation and proactive thinking to the teams on site.

Main responsibilities:

• Coordinate installation teams on construction sites and customer premises
• Organise daily work, materials, tools and task distribution
• Support photovoltaic, HVAC and roofing teams during installations
• Make sure work is progressing efficiently and according to priorities
• Identify problems early and help solve them before they become bigger issues
• Communicate clearly with workers, technicians, clients and management
• Check that sites are kept clean, organised and professional
• Help ensure that safety rules and working procedures are respected
• Report progress, issues and material needs to management
• Take responsibility for the general organisation and discipline of the team on site

Profile required:

• Hungarian language is mandatory
• Strong organisational skills and practical common sense
• Proactive, dynamic and solution-oriented attitude
• Leadership affinity and ability to guide workers on site
• Ability to take responsibility and make things move forward
• Serious, reliable and structured working style
• Good communication skills with teams and management
• Technical background in construction, roofing, HVAC, electricity or photovoltaic installations is a strong advantage
• However, technical expertise is not strictly required if the candidate is organised, intelligent, practical and able to lead people effectively
• Previous experience as a team leader, site supervisor, foreman or senior construction worker is appreciated
• B1 driving licence is mandatory

Languages:

Hungarian is required.

Only Hungarian-speaking candidates will be considered for this position.

English and/or French is an advantage, but Hungarian is essential.
