Are you a specialist in technical building services (MEP) with expertise in electrical engineering, HVAC, or Facility Management (FM)? Do you thrive in roles that involve collaboration with clients, project managers, and design teams? If so, we want you on our team!

Your New Challenges:

• Advising and supporting customer projects in Real Estate and FM
• Auditing FM services, focusing on technical building services and electrical engineering
• Reviewing maintenance, servicing, and refurbishment of technical systems
• Preparing and reviewing service specifications and contract documents
• Ensuring compliance with public procurement and contract law
• Optimising building operations through service and cost analysis
• Negotiating and communicating with all project stakeholders

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in building services engineering, FM, or a related field
• At least 3 years of professional experience in FM or construction
• Excellent written communication skills in English and French, with good knowledge of German
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Project.
• Good knowledge of BMS (MSR)
• Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented with strong negotiation skills
